What is a lighthouse? It is the beacon of light that draws you home.

What is home? God is home.

Life has a beautiful way of taking us through various journeys and chapters that teach, challenge, and inspire us. Sometimes they are fun and exciting, other times they are difficult and overwhelming (or somewhere in between). But when we rely on God to lighten the path and lead us, we have the opportunity to positively impact the world and people around us. 

For our owner/founder, Jenny Forks, Jesus has played a significant role in her life. But she is the first to admit that sometimes, He (or relying on/asking direction from Him) is not always her first thought. But no matter what, she will ultimately turn to Him, and she knows He is always there and always ready to guide and provide when His will is being followed! 

In 2020, as the world was rocked, Jenny did what she knew how, she turned to God asking, "Please guide me. What is it that I can do to help others?" Thus the concept for The Lighthouse was sparked. 

The Lighthouse is an online store where people can purchase Bibles, devotionals, and daily items that inspire them to rely on God. 

The mission of The Lighthouse is to create a space (starting as a virtual space) to shine.
